This two-part foundational offering includes:
Initial Consultation Appointment (60 minutes)
We’ll go over your health history, current concerns, and wellness goals. Then, you’ll receive your first in-person bioenergetic muscle testing session, where we’ll assess energetic imbalances and discover where your body is asking for support.
Report of Findings Appointment (30 minutes)
Held ideally within a week of your initial session, this follow-up visit includes a personalized 2-page report detailing what your body revealed during testing—such as systems in stress, energetic patterns, and supportive remedies. You’ll also receive your first supplement recommendations (whole food, herbal, or homeopathic) based on your body’s needs.

Ongoing Support Sessions
After your initial assessment, follow-up sessions help track your progress and adjust support based on how your body is evolving.
Follow-Up Appointment (15 minutes)
These sessions include re-testing, supplement check-ins, and any needed shifts in your care plan.
At first, sessions are monthly—but as your body finds more balance, follow-ups are spaced out to every 6-8 weeks, or even 2-3 months. Each session honors where you are and helps keep you moving forward with clarity.
