Frequently Asked Questions
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first appointment is 60 minutes and begins with a collaborative conversation about your health history, current symptoms, and wellness goals. After that, you’ll move onto the table for a gentle bioenergetic assessment using muscle testing. We’ll explore where your body is asking for support, what’s affecting its balance, and what it may need to begin healing. This session is deeply personalized and non-invasive.
Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?
No major prep needed—just fill out your new patient paperwork before arriving. You’re welcome to wear whatever you feel comfortable in. This might look like cozy clothes or coming straight from work or your day as is. Most importantly, arrive with curiosity and openness—I will meet you exactly where you are.
What happens after the first session?
You’ll return for a 30-minute Report of Findings appointment, ideally the next day or soon after. During this visit, you’ll receive a detailed, two-page written report outlining what showed up during your assessment—including what areas of the body were out of balance, what may be affecting them, and what’s needed to restore harmony. You’ll also receive supplement recommendations (if applicable) and can purchase them at this time.
Are supplements included in the cost?
Supplements are not included in the cost of your appointment. You’ll be offered high-quality whole food, herbal, and/or homeopathic supplements based on your body’s unique needs. These are available for purchase in person, and you’ll always have a choice about what to take and when.
How often do I need to come in?
Healing is a journey, and every body is different. Initially, most clients benefit from monthly follow-up sessions to monitor progress and adjust supplements. Over time, appointments often become more spaced out—every 6 weeks, 8 weeks, or even quarterly—depending on how your body responds. The goal is always to move toward balance and reduce dependence on supplementation over time.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Out of respect for your time and mine, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Life happens—if you’re sick or have an emergency, just reach out and we’ll work together to find a solution.
